2nd Slow Cooker Pizza Focaccia Bread Recipe
Made focaccia bread for morning tea while doing housework this morning!
Ingredients:
3 cups sf flour,
2 cups warm water,
1/4 tsp salt and I added herbs,
Method:
Garlic and mozzarella to mix and placed in lined slow cooker and put chopped bacon, mozzarella and more herbs on top and left on high for 2 hrs.
Not sure I’m sold yet.. Next time I would try more herbs and garlic and maybe cheddar cheese instead, more bacon and maybe pasta sauce as well as not forgetting SALT. I like a lot of flavour in my food so by itself was ok but would be nice as side dish. Will have to keep playing around with this one.
3rd Slow Cooker Bacon and cheese focaccia Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups self raising flour
2 cups warm water
Half a teaspoon salt
(Next time I’ll add some spices I think for a different flavour)
Method:
Stir with a spoon. Line your slow cooker with baking paper. I sprayed as well cause I was a bit worried my first go would stick.
I quickly fried my bacon and chopped it up. Spooned some left over pasta sauce across the focaccia. Sprinkled bacon and cheese.

2 cups of WARM water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
that is the base you can add what ever you like into the mix and on top

Turn your SC on to high line it with baking paper, and give it a good spray
Once the ingredients are mixed ( no need for mixers, just a spoon)
Put the mix in the SC, then put what you like on top.
I place the lid on and put a teatowel on top, but as a few have said they are putting their teatowel under the lid, guess it works both ways lol
Cook on high for 1 and a 1/2 hours.
