Beef Bacon and Cheese Pies: Steps
-
Chop onion, beef, bacon, and mushrooms. Toss them in your slow cooker with the stew mix, bouillon cube, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
-
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours until beef is super soft.
-
If the gravy is too runny, mix a little cornstarch with water in a cup to make it thick, then stir it back in.
-
Cut the puff pastry into small circles or squares so they fit your pie maker or dishes.
-
Spoon hot beef mix into each pastry, top with grated cheese.
-
Pop on the lids (or cover if using dishes) and bake until pastry turns golden and crunchy.
-
Serve hot with ketchup or your favorite sauce. Yum!
