Cheese Scone Topping For Stew. Kids favourite with cheese scone top instead of dumplings
Scone recipe
300g self raising flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard powder
50 gram coconut oil / Marg
150 gram grated cheese
2 eggs
100 ml milk
Method:
Mix flour & seasoning , rub in oil or Marg , stir in cheese ,mix to a soft dough with egg & milk , roll out to half inch thick cut into desired shape I made 15 small ones place on greased baking tray , bake in hot oven 220c gas 7 for 10-15 minutes add to pot 20 minutes before serving or eat cold.

500 gram frozen mince fried off & drained
2 onions chopped
Beef stock cube
2 medium spuds cubed
Frozen peas
Tin baked beans
2 large carrots chopped
300 ml water
1 Tbsp. Tom purée
1 Tsp. garlic purée
Lob everything in pot on low 8 hours.
