Chicken and Sweet Corn Soup…This warm soup is like a big hug in a bowl! It’s got tender chicken, sweet corn, and swirly egg bits. Kids love it, and grown-ups too. Ready in a little over 2 hours for 6 bowls of happiness.

What You Need

(makes 6 bowls)

  • 2 eggs, beaten in a bowl

  • 1 packet dry chicken noodle soup mix

  • 1.5 liters water

  • 1 can creamed corn

  • 1 cooked chicken breast, cut into small pieces

  • 1 green onion, chopped small

How to Make Chicken and Sweet Corn Soup

  1. Put everything in a pot, except the eggs. Stir and heat until it bubbles.

  2. Cook on high for 2 hours.

  3. Drip the beaten eggs in slowly. They cook right away in the hot water.

  4. Cook 30 more minutes. Turn off heat and serve hot!
