What You Need

8 chicken thighs without skin or bone

4 cups chicken soup (no fat)

½ cup mild buffalo wing sauce (use ¼ cup first, save ¼ cup)

4 spoons ranch dressing mix

½ spoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

⅛ spoon black pepper

½ cup chopped onion

8 oz cream cheese (no fat)

1 cup shredded cheese (less fat)

1 spoon corn starch + 1 spoon water

13 oz linguine pasta (not cooked yet)
How to Make Chicken Pasta With Buffalo Wing

Put chicken, soup, ¼ cup wing sauce, all the spices, and onion in your slow cooker.

Put the lid on tight. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 3½ hours.

Take out the chicken when it’s cooked. Shred it with two forks in a bowl.

Mix in the other ¼ cup wing sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Set it aside.

Stir corn starch and water together, then add to the cooker. Break pasta in half if you want. Put pasta in cooker, then add chicken on top. Cover and cook on high for 30-45 more minutes until pasta is soft. Stir a few times if you can.

If pasta needs more time, add ¼ cup water bit by bit.

Top with green cilantro or basil if you like. Eat right away!
