Chocolate Orange Fudge

My hubby and kids love it.

Ingredients:
400gram chocolate
1 can condense milk
a knob of butter

Methods:
I made 2 lots firstly I made the brown layer which was 400gram chocolate and 1 can of condensed milk and a knob of butter. Cook on low stir every 10 mins no lid until all choc has melted pour into a cling film lined Pyrex dish. Refrigerate for 30 mins. Orange layer is 400g white choc, 1 can condensed milk, orange food colour, orange Essense and orange matchmakers. Cook same as above then pour over the choc layer and leave in fridge for minimum 4-5 hours.

it’s takes about an hour in the slow cooker per layer! Keep stirring every 10 mins or so and if it looks too wet add a spoonful of sifted icing sugar xx
