Ferrero Rocher Slow Cooker Fudge

Ferrero Rocher Slow Cooker Fudge

๐Ÿซ๐Ÿซ Ferrero Rocher Slow Cooker Fudge ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿซ

This fudge tastes just like the shell of a Ferrero Rocher! So so good

Ingredients:
600 gram Dark Galaxy or Dark Galaxy with Hazelnuts
100 gram Roasted chopped Hazelnuts (If using just Dark Galaxy)
397 gram Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 bag of Kinder Choco Bons to decorate
(You can decorate with anything you prefer!)

Directions:
Shell your choco bons and put them into the freezer.

Pop the chocolate and the condensed milk into your slow cooker, leaving the lid off, turn to low.

Stir every 15 minutes for 45 minutes, beating well.

After 45 minutes, mix in your hazelnuts (if you are just using the plain dark galaxy) stir through well.

Pour mixture into a greaseproof lined tray, smoothing out the mix.

Take out your choco bons from the freezer and embed them into your fudge, leave on the counter for 20-30 minutes, then pop into the fridge for 2 hours, cut into bite sized pieces, before popping into a container and return to the fridge.

(I always think it tastes the best and has the best firmness after a good 8+ hours in the fridge, but I like to cut it at 2 hours as its much easier to do so.)

(You can of course use cheaper chocolate, a mix of milk and dark I think would work well! โ€“ I got the Galaxy really cheaply)

Enjoy!!
