Garlic Chicken Creamy LOW CARB. A rich, creamy low carb chicken dish with garlic and cheese, slow cooked for tender bites and comforting, satisfying flavor.

A quick but delicious, LOW CARB Creamy Cheesy Chicken Delight!

Ingredients

  • Skinless chicken thigh fillets → 700g
  • Minced garlic → 1 tablespoon
  • Cooking cream → 300ml
  • Salt and Pepper → to taste
  • Grated delicious cheese + more to serve → 1 cup

Garlic Chicken Creamy: Instructions

  1. Cube the chicken into small cubes.
  2. Sear chicken and garlic in a searing slow cooker (or on the stove, then into the slow cooker) till it becomes light brown.
  3. Pour the chicken and the garlic into the slow cooker and season using salt and pepper.
  4. Cover with The Tea Towel Trick.
  5. Cook on low for 2 hrs
  6. Add cheese and stir to melt
  7. Garnish with cheese
  8. ;
  9. A really low-carb meal when it is accompanied by a Low Carb Cauliflower Mash as shown above.

Note

The larger chicken parts would need additional time to cook.
I used a 5L Breville Searing Slow Cooker to cook mine.
