Ingredients

  • 1-1.2 kg Chicken thighs

  • 2 dessert spoons plain flour

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce/ketchup

  • 3 tbs soy sauce

  • 2 tbs kecap manis

  • 2 tbs brown sugar

  • 1 tbs sesame oil

  • 1 tbs apple cider/white vinegar.

  • 3 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp minced ginger

Honey Soy Pulled Chicken: Instructions

  1. Sprinkle whole thighs with flour and place in slow cooker.

  2. In a small jug mix up all other ingredients.

  3. Add chicken and cook using low for 4-6 hours, according to your slow cooker.

  4. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Put it in a burger or a soft taco. Add some shredded cheese, coleslaw, and baby spinach on top, then serve.
