Homemade Mac And Cheese In Slow Cooker

Just Make Homemade Mac And Cheese In Slow Cooker! Was So Easy To Make And Very Quick! Doesn’t Feel Like I Had To Even Make Tea!

Ingredients for Homemade Mac And Cheese In Slow Cooker:

2 And A Half Cups Of Milk
2 Cups Of Hot Water
2 Cups Of Uncooked Macaroni
40 Gram Of Butter
3 Cups Of Grated Cheese (Depends How Cheesy You Want Easy Enough To Add More Or Less)
2 Tsp Of Crushed Garlic
Add Salt, Pepper, Chilli Powder Whatever You Want

Method for Homemade Mac And Cheese In Slow Cooker:

I Had The Slow Cooker On High, Added All Wet Ingredients Then The Pasta Last Doesn’t Matter Which Order Tho It’s All Going In!

For The First 45 Mins I Had It On High And Stirred Every 15 Mins Keep Lid On
Then 40 Mins With The Lid Off And Slow Cooker On Low, Stirring Occasionally.

I Have Read To Add Cornflour If It Needs Thickened At The End But I Didn’t Need To.

Ingredients:

200 Gram Dried Macaroni

2 Cup Tasty Cheese – Grated

1/4 Cup Plain Flour

1 Tsp Mustard Powder

6 Rashers Short Cut Bacon – Chopped

1 Bunch Broccolini

3 Cup Chicken Stock

1 Cup Frozen Peas

Method:

Add Macaroni, Plain Flour, Mustard Powder, Cheese, Bacon And Broccolini Stalks (Save The Heads And Add Later) To A 3.5L Slow Cooker. Mix Well With A Spoon.

Heat Chicken Stock In Saucepan Till Boiling & Add To Slow Cooker Mix. Stir Well.

Cook On High For 1Hr 45 Mins, Stirring Well After 45 Mins. With 5 Minutes To Go Add The Frozen Peas And Broccolini Heads And Stir Well.
