Lemon & Strawberry Balls, after my Nutella balls were such a hit I thought I’d try something different.
Ingredients:
3 cups S/R flour
1/2 cup. Castor sugar
Dash of vanilla essence
1 tablespoon melted butter
200 ml cream
1/2 cup milk
Lemon curd
Strawberry jam
Method:
Make dough into balls make an indent in the center and fill, Cook on high for 1 hour 50 minutes lid on with tea towel under it 🙂
I just tried one very delicious they gravitated together but easy to cut and a lot fluffy than a scone.
NOTE:
Dollop cream ( double cream) is what I use but thickened cream would be ok just check consistency before adding all of it as it is thinner 🙂

Answer…. More scone like but when I made my Nutella ones even two days later they tasted so fresh still, I haven’t done biscuits in slow cooker.
