Latest creations! Mint Aero and Crunchie 😋
🥶 Freeze 150 gram Mint Aero bubbles/ 4 Crunchie bars
🍫 Melt 500 gram cheap milk choc, (one was Tesco, one was Aldi, Aldi is better) with condensed milk in slow cooker on high stirring ever 10 minutes. For crunchie I used caramel condensed milk.
🍫 Line tin/ dish with parchment paper or cling film but don’t use cling film for a glass dish or ceramic as it sticks and you can’t get it out (tubs are fine, just flex the bottom).
🍫 For mint fudge add 100 gram bar of Aldi mint aero after 40 mins and stir
🍫For crunchie, crumble 2 frozen bars in to bottom of lined tin, pour in fudge mixture once cooled for half an hour then crumble the other 2 on top and push in
🍫 For Aero bubbles, smash up in a plastic bag with rolling pin then push into top of fudge once poured into the tin (in hindsight I should’ve let this cool a little so the bubbles didn’t melt so much) Learning curve.
🥶 Chill for at least 4 hours in the fridge, chop & eat 😋
