One-Pot Pasta and Beef… Super tasty pasta and beef all in one pot! Mix beef, tomatoes, sauce, onions, and pepper in the slow cooker. Cook low and slow, add pasta at the end. Family favorite ready in 5 hours. Serves 6 with steamy veggies or alone. So easy and yummy!

Ingredients

1 kg ground beef

400 g can of crushed or chopped tomatoes

500 ml jar pasta bake sauce (pick a cheesy tomato one like creamy tomato mozzarella)

2 onions, chopped small

Lots of black pepper (or as much as your family likes)

250 g small pasta shells
One-Pot Pasta and Beef: Instructions
- Mix everything except the pasta in your slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Add the raw pasta shells. Cook another 45-60 minutes, until pasta is soft the way you like it.
Note: The pasta soaks up extra liquid when you add it, so don’t worry if there’s lots of juice before then.
Serve with steamed veggies you pick, or eat it by itself. 🙂
