Slow cooked cheese and bacon rolls

Slow cooked cheese and bacon rolls and also made a couple for vegemite and cheese ones for my son to try. 

Ingredients:
500grms plain flour,
2 teaspoons of dried yeast (1 sachet)
1 teaspoon salt,
1 1/2 cups of luke warm water,
melted butter for brushing.
Method: 
Add flour, yeast, salt to a mixing bowl, mis well with wooden spoon, create well in middle, add the water and mix with wooden spoon. use hands to bring dough together, turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface an knead for 8-10mins. shape dough into a ball and brush a bowl with butter, place dough in the bowl and turn it over to lightly cover the dough, so it does not dry out, cover bowl with a tea towel and leave the dough in a dry warm spot. allow dough to proof(rise) until its double the size, should take about 30min-45mins. once dough is ready punch it in the middle to let out the excess carbon dioxide. turn the dough out to a lightly floured surface and knead again for 2-3mins place dough onto a grease proof paper and shape it, lift into slow cooker and place a tea towel under lid, cook on high for 1-2 1/2 hours. if first time cooking it check after an hour then again every half hour. the bread is done when top is soft but no longer spongy. place under grill to darken the crust for 2-5mins. let the loaf cool completely on a wire rack and serve. to make rolls i rolled into littler balls and then flatten with plam of hand and put ham pieces and cheese on them and then rolled up into balls for vegemite ones i spread vegemite on the flatten dough an added cheese before rolling up, then i placed them in slow cooker (already lined with baking paper) and sprinlke some cheese and more bacon peices on top.
