Slow Cooker Caramel tarts delicious.
Ingredients:
Blocks dream chocolate
1 bag Jersey caramels
1 can sweet condensed milk
TART CASES shop brought (freezer section in Coles)
HEARTS – SHOP BROUGHT (CAKE SECTION IN COLES)
Directions Fudge:
Add all fudge ingredients in slow cooker & melt on high for 1 hour or until melted & combined. Stir every now & then. Tart cases: prepare before fudge is ready. follow packet instructions. When fudge is melted and combined, spoon into cases. Once slightly cooled add heart. Place in fridge to set.
