White chocolate:
1 tin of condensed milk
400g chocolate
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
however many nuts you want, i used about 100g and added just before removing from sc
Caramel:
400g white choc
1 tin caramel
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
RedSkin:
400 gram white choc
1 tin condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
i packet of redskins
(i will make a note next time i’ll only use 300 gram of chocolate and 100 gram of redskins, came out really sweet and super sticky)
Chocolate Caramel Crunchie
400 gram dairy milk chocolate
1 tin caramel
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
however many crunchies added at beginning – leaving some to crush to put on top!
Cooked all for 45 minutes on high stirring every 15 mins!

Slow Cooked Fudge, I must admit I’m pretty chuffed
Bottom Layer –
– 1 tin of condensed milk
– 375g of milk chocolate
– 1tbs of butter
– 1tbs of essence (usually vanilla although I substituted with caramel as I prefer)
Can be cooked on low heat and stirred every 15 mins for 2 hours. Or the method I chose which was on high for 45 mins stirring every ten mins.
Top layer-
– 1 tin of condensed milk
– 375g of white chocolate
– 1 tbs of butter
– 1 tbs of peppermint oil
Apply same cooking method as above and add in your preferred colouring in the last ten mins and stir in.
I forgot to line my baking tin and had an absolute nightmare getting out so always remember that tip!

Author Says…. I had a look in my local little shops and had no luck with both those items so did have to brave the supermarket in the end! I went a bit later in the evening and it was quite quiet. xx
