Slow Cooker Layered Potato Bake. Delicious
Ingredients:
5 large potatoes
500g bacon
500g cream cheese
500g sour cream
1 sachet of onion soup mixed with 200mls of water
100mls milk
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Thinly slice 2 large potatoes and layer them on the bottom. then add half of the bacon (chopped up) and layer cream cheese over the top (I usually just do small tablespoon fulls to cover it)
Thinly slice another 2 large potatoes and layer them on top, then add the rest of the chopped bacon and now to layer the sour cream over that.
Then lastly…thinly slice the last potato and layer that on top and then pour over the milk and onion soup mix (I usually add the salt & pepper to that) and add about 1 cup of grated cheese and sprinkle over top.
Cook on low for 7 hours.
This is our famous favourite family meal that we have once a week at the moment.
