SLOW COOKER MEATLOAF RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

2 pounds of ground beef
1 small minced onion
¼ cup of uncooked rice
⅓ cup of medium salsa
1 tablespoon of the ClubHouse Roasted Garlic & pepper spice (I know that McCormick and Altius has one spice that seem to be made with similar ingredients)
½ teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
⅓ cup of Italian Bread Crumbs
2 cans of 10 oz (284 ml) of tomato soup.
2 teaspoons of basil

Let’s see how to make slow cooker meatloaf

Method:

Keep the basil and the tomato soup on the side.

Then put all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix then together. When it’s done, put the mix in the slow cooker and form a bread shape with it.

Add the tomato soup and spread the basil on top of the meatloaf then cook at high for 5 hours or until cooked.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
