Slow Cooker Pulled Beef

I’ve had a slow cooker for a long time and used it at least once a week, then I forgot all about it for about a year until I came across this group.
Pulled it out of the cupboard this morning, gave it a quick clean, popped in potatoes, carrots, onion and a chunk of topside sprinkled with mixed herbs plus a cup of beef stock.
Tonight’s dinner was hands down the easiest in over a year and was absolutely amazing!

I cooked it all on low from 815-545. I then took out the veges and put them into the oven to crisp them up with some pumpkin but left the meat cooking in the stock.
Pulled the meat out at 630 and used the stock to make the gravy.
