Ingredients:
500g of beef & pork mince (Aldi & Lidle)
3 carrots
1 large onion
2 sticks celery
3 tins chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp Mediterranean herb mix (Aldi/Lidle/B&M)
Dash Worcester sauce
3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
2 tbsp tomato purée
Directions:
I added a tsp of smokey chilly paste but that’s because it was there, if it wasn’t a dash of wine is good.
Finley chop the veg and add to pan with mince and crushed garlic, when the mince is browned drain fat and put contents into slow cooker.
Add everything else and put on low for 8 hours.
Like I said about the chilli paste, feel free to add anything you particularly like and serve with spaghetti.
My mrs has had this reheated the next day on a jacket potato and said it was very good.
