Slow Cooker Sticky Chicken Drumsticks….
Ingredients:
1/2 cup tomato sauce/ketchup
2/3 cup barbecue sauce
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 teaspoons spicy barbecue seasoning (Spicy barbecue seasoning is a blend of spices usually including black pepper, coriander and paprika.) or smoked paprika
Six Chicken drumsticks or use your own preferred cut (it’s much better with skin on though)
Step 1
Whisk tomato sauce/ketchup, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, seasoning and salt and pepper in a jug.
Step 2
Place chicken in the cooker. Pour over marinade and turn to coat.
Step 3
Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for four hours. Serve on brown rice.
