1 jar mustard (the chunky kind or plain)

Big sheets of foil

Some butter

2 tomatoes, sliced thin like coins

How to make Steak Surprise Packs

Rub salt and pepper on both sides of each steak.

Lay out 4 large foil sheets. Pile some onion slices, tomato slices, and a small dab of butter in the center of each.

Spread mustard on one side of a steak and place it on the veggies. Add more mustard on top, plus extra butter, tomato, and onion.

Fold the foil tightly around everything so the juices stay inside. Repeat for all steaks.

Place them in a slow cooker, fold-side up. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
