Tasmanian Apple Casserole. A warm and simple slow cooker meal made with lamb, apples, and apple juice. The flavours slowly blend together to create a comforting dish that is naturally free from canola, dairy, egg, gluten, lactose, and soy.
Ingredients

1.5 kg lamb, diced

2 tblspns plain flour (Well and Good)

1 red onion, diced

3 apples, diced

1.5 cups of apple juice (Kalangadoo Organic)

Fresh mint, chopped in half (I did not have any, so I used a quarter of a cup of mint jelly)

Salt

Pepper
Tasmanian Apple Casserole: Instructions

Place lamb, onion and apple in slow cooker.

Combine flour and apple juice and pour it and sprinkle it with mint and salt and pepper.

Cook on high for 5 hrs.
