Blade Steak Casserole is a hearty slow cooker meal made with tender diced steak and simple vegetables. It slowly cooks with herbs, stock, and chutney to create a rich and comforting stew-style dish perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

900 grams Blade steak, diced

4 Potatoes peeled and chopped

3 Carrots peeled and chopped

3 peeled and cut potatoes (sweet potatoes)

2 medium onions diced fine

3 cups water

4 Beef stock cubes

2 Tablespoons Fruit Chutney

Good dash dried Thyme
-
Good dash died Rosemary

1 Bay leaf
Blade Steak Casserole: Instructions

Put diced steak in a frying pan and fry 5 minutes.

Put chopped vegetables in slow cooker bowl.

Put fried steak in slow cooker bowl.

Stir in water, stock cubes herbs, bay leaf, chutney.

Bake on HIGH 3 hours then to LOW 4 hours.
