Ingredients

1-1.2 kg Chicken thighs

2 dessert spoons plain flour

1/2 cup honey

2 tbsp tomato sauce/ketchup

3 tbs soy sauce

2 tbs kecap manis

2 tbs brown sugar

1 tbs sesame oil

1 tbs apple cider/white vinegar.

3 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp minced ginger
Honey Soy Pulled Chicken: Instructions

Sprinkle whole thighs with flour and place in slow cooker.

In a small jug mix up all other ingredients.

Add chicken and cook using low for 4-6 hours, according to your slow cooker.

Cut the chicken into small pieces. Put it in a burger or a soft taco. Add some shredded cheese, coleslaw, and baby spinach on top, then serve.
