Steak ➔ 750 gm

Seasoned flour ➔ 3 tbs

Onions, sliced ➔ 2

Beef stock powder or cubes ➔ 2 tsp or 2 cubes

Vegemite ➔ 1 tsp

Water ➔ 1 cup

Tomato paste ➔ 1 tbs

Worcestershire sauce ➔ 1 tbs
Braised Steak and Onions: Instructions

Place steak in a plastic bag with seasoned flour and shake to coat.

Put the coated steak in the slow cooker along with the sliced onions.

Combine all other ingredients in a jug, then pour into the slow cooker with steak and onions.

Cook on low for 8 hours, occasionally stirring when possible.
