Ingredients
- Corned beef/silverside → 1.5kg
- Dijon mustard → as needed
- Brown sugar → as needed
- Onions roughly cut → 2 large
- Garlic cloves chopped → 2-3
- Cracked pepper → as needed
Dijon Silverside: Instructions
- Rinse corned beef and put it into slow cooker.
- Spread mustard on top of beef and sprinkle top with brown sugar.
- Add onions,garlic about beef. Add a tab of pepper.
- Cook on Low for 6 hours.
- Do not add any water.
- Served on mashed potatoes.
- And fried carrots and beans.
