1 kg ground beef (the lean kind)

½ cup tomato sauce

½ cup barbecue sauce

1 pickle (gerkin)

1 cup grated tasty cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup chopped-up bacon bits

4-6 strips of bacon
How to Make Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Chop the onions small. Mix them with the ground beef, eggs, tomato sauce, and barbecue sauce in a big bowl. Stir well!

Put half the meat mix in the bottom of your slow cooker.

Slice the pickle super thin. Lay the slices on the meat, but leave the edges empty.

Sprinkle on the tasty cheese, mozzarella cheese, and bacon bits.

Cover it all with the rest of the meat mix. Lay bacon strips on top like a cozy blanket.
