What You Need

2 small (or 1 big) red chilies, sliced thin (take out seeds if you don’t like super spicy, or keep for more kick)

How to Make San Choy Bow – No-Carb Fun
- Put sesame oil, raw ground pork, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, sliced chilies, and oyster sauce in the slow cooker.
- Cook on HIGH for 90 minutes. Stir it well.
- Add sliced green onions and bean sprouts. Stir again. Cook 15 more minutes.
- Serve in clean lettuce cups like San Choy Bow.
