Beef Vegetable Easy Casserole

Beef and Vegetable Easy Casserole. Affordable and basic flavours. Any available veggies might be used. Could be turned into a curry easily, by adding curry powder into the stock.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg casserole steak cut into cubes (I used gravy beef).

  • 1 Large Onion – diced

  • 3 Cloves Garlic – crushed

  • 2 Carrots – sliced in rings

  • 1 medium orange sweet potato cut into round slices.

  • 1 Large item White (or Purple) Sweet Potato – cut into rings.

  • My head Broccoli chopped up roughly.

  • 10 Brussel Sprouts

  • 2 Cups of Beef Stock

  • Approx 1/2 cup Plain Flour

  • An amount of Gravox Supreme powder of 2-3 tablespoons.

  • 2 Tablespoons Italian Dried Herbs.

  • Salt & Pepper

Beef, Vegetable Easy Casserole: Instructions

  1. Prepare stock in case of powder stock base.

  2. Prepare all veggies.

  3. Sprinkle beef with a lot of flour, Gravox and salt and pepper in a mixture.

  4. Add beef to slow cooker in layers dusted with veggies.

  5. Add stock. Quick stir to combine.

  6. Bake 7 hours on Low stirring 2 or 3 times during baking.

  7. Serve with rice & crusty bread. Makes 6 large serves.
