Just made a condensed milk cake in my 1.5ltr cooker.
Ingredients:
1 tin condensed milk
4 Eggs
1 cup plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
50 gram melted butter
1/4 cup icing sugar ( plus extra to sprinkle on top)
Directions:
Mix all together well and place in lined cooker ( baking paper), I cooked for 1 hour on high ( tea towel under lid) my cooker is hot as its a cheap one and slightly burnt the edges so I just thinly cut them off, still tastes nice. Served with dollop cream. 😋
Notes:
