I found this on another website and it looks great! CROCK POT DINNER ROLLS
Ingredients:
One cup of lukewarm milk
3 cups of all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons of sugar
2 Tablespoons of honey
2 Tablespoons of melted butter
2 Teaspoons of salt
1 Envelope of Instant Yeast
Methods:
it’s super important to have the milk lukewarm because if it’s too cold the yeast will not activate and if it’s too hot it will kill the yeast. Place the yeast and the lukewarm milk in a mixing bowl, mix together and cover. Let stand for 5 minutes. The yeast will be in little globs and be slightly foamy. Then add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl along with the melted butter and honey. Mix and knead the dough. You will know when it’s ready because the dough itself will start cleaning the sides of the bowl, take dough out of the bowl and cut into 12 even sections and then take the dough and roll into little balls. Line the crock pot with parchment paper and line the balls of dough at the bottom.
You cook it for an hour and a half on high, till the sides are brown. You take them out and if you want the tops brown, place on a cookie sheet, brush the top with egg wash and sprinkle a little salt over them, and put in the oven broiler for about 2 minutes.
