Slow cooked Hoisin pulled pork Recipe!! Served on wraps with spring onions and cucumber.
Ingredients :
-pork joint
-hoisin sauce
-Sesame seeds
-spring onions
-wraps
-cucumber
Let’s see how to cook Slow Cooker Hoisin pulled pork
Method :
– Place pork joint into slow cooker on medium for 4 hours
-leave meat juice in the bottom of slow cooker and shred pork into small pieces using two forks.
– add 3/4 of a bottle of hoisin sauce and cook on low for a further 1 hour.
-thinly slice spring onions and cucumber and serve. (we added a drizzle extra hoisin sauce to the wraps at the end.
