Roast silverside beef Recipe. We never got our roast yesterday as we went out for dinner, so started the week of to a gooden with our Monday night roast.
Recipe:
1.098 kg joint of silverside beef, seared and put in the slow cooker with 300ml of onion Gravy.
Cooked on low for 3.5 hours then wrapped in foil and rested for 45 minutes whilst the rest of the dinner cooked.
Our dinner consists off
The Gravy tasted unreal after the meat was taken out.

Carrot and Swede mash
Sausage meat stuffing balls
Pigs in blankets
Cauliflower cheese
Cabbage
Peas.
