Homemade cheese & chive pull apart.
Ingredients:
3 cups SR flour (self raising flour)
1 Teaspoon salt
Tablespoon oil
400ml warm water.
2 tablespoon Chives (I used dried – can always add more or less depending on taste)
1/4 cup Cheese ( can always add more or less depending on taste)
Method:
Spray and line slow cooker with baking paper.
Mix flour, oil, salt, & water all together in a bowl.
Turn out onto bench and knead.
Flatten out and sprinkle with chives and cheese.
Knead together and shape into log and slice off pieces and place together in slow cooker (as if making scrolls).
Sprinkle top with some more chives and cheese once in slow cooker (if desired).
Cook on high dor 1 1/2 – 2 hours with tea towel under lid.
Browned top in oven under grill for a few minutes.
Potato bake cooking in the slow cooker
Ingredients:
8 large potatoes
500g shredded ham
500g shredded cheese
300mls thickened cream
2x master foods liquid potato bake sachet
Method:
I just slice my potato on med thickened on my slicer. Mixed the cream and sachets together. Then I just layer cream mix, potato, ham then cheese and kept going to all done. Topped with remaining cheese. Cover slow cooker with clean tea towel folding up the sides.
Nice and cooked just had to do the bread trick at the end as the cheese isnt my normal one and was really oily.
Cooked on high for 5hrs.
