1.5 kg skinless chicken thigh/leg fillet, in quarters.

185 gram – Ayam jar.

400 ml coconut cream

1 tsp cornflour

1 cup cut green beans

300 grams carrots sliced into sticks.

50 grams baby spinach leaves

And more cornflour to make it thick.
Japanese Golden Curry: Instructions

Put vegetables into slow cooker.

Add chicken to slow cooker.

Add coconut cream, cornflour, and curry paste and pour it over chicken and vegetables.

Cook on low for 6hrs.

When necessary, cornflour paste may be added to thicken sauce during last 20mins.

Serve on rice.
