Ingredients

700g – 1kg lamb

Finely chopped mushrooms punnet.

4 celery sticks

3 carrots

1 onion

Crushed garlic
-
Mixed herbs

2x tins of crushed tomatoes

Tomato puree

500ml of stock

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Lamb Ragu: Instructions

Cut everything up finely.

Pour all ingredients, but pasta, into the slow cooker.

Cook on low for 8 hrs.

Add pasta raw in the last hour.
