💛 Massaman Chicken Mild Curry in the Slow Cooker 💛
Omggg if u havent tried Massaman Curry with Chicken i recommend u do!! It was Absolutely #Delicious!!! Served with rice and warm homemade naan bread..😋!!!!💙💚💛💜🧡❤💖
Ingredients:
🌟4 large chicken breast
🌟2 jars massaman paste
🌟1 tbls brown sugar
🌟¼ cup peanutbutter
🌟4 springonion chopped 1 cm
🌟About 10 small potatoes chopped quarters
🌟4 carrots chopped same size as potatoes
🌟1 can coconut cream
🌟2 tbls oystersauce
🌟1 lemon squeezed
Method:
💫Brown chicken(take of pan)
💫Fry the massaman paste for a cple mins
💫Add chicken back and coat
💫Add in brownsugar, lemon,and oystersauce
💫Add springonion carrot and potatoes mix well
🌟And put into slowcooker
💫Add coconut cream and mix
💫turn slowcooker on for 8 to 9 hrs low or untill potatoes are cooked through
Done!
💖Fluffy lovley Naan bread
2 1/2 cups of self raising
2 tsp yeast
½ cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
¼ cup Greek yoghurt
1 egg
2 tbls olive oil
Method:
💖First add yeast and sugar to warm water slightly mix and leave for 5 mins to froth on top
💖Mix the egg yoghurt olive oil
💖stir into the yeast mixture
💖add the flour and knead a few times till smooth..
💖let raise in a covered bowl for about an hour until it has doubled in size..
💖cut of whatever size peices youd like a fry on hot pan with butter..
