Pesto chicken pasta

Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs
150g diced bacon
190g basil pesto
200ml cooking cream
1 tsp minced garlic
1 onion
Pasta
Parmesan cheese
Spinach leaves

Directions:

I browned the chicken and bacon before putting in the slow cooker. Mixed cream, pesto and garlic together and poured over the top. I threw in a quartered onion, only because I don’t like the texture so made it easy to remove once cooked. Cooked on low for 3 hours. Once cooked mixed through pasta and about a handful of Parmesan cheese until melted, then stirred through some spinach leaves.

I’m a super picky eater and hate trying new things but this tastes amazing 😍 Definitely a winner for me!
