Rainbow Fudge Slow Cooker Recipe. …
🌈 Our rainbow fudge! 🌈 Super quick and easy to make so the kids could get involved and all ingredients came from aldi. It’s yummy! 😋
Ingredients:
500 gram cheap white chocolate,
397 gram of sweetened condensed milk,
15 gram unsalted butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions:
All Ingredients into a slow cooker, cook on high for 45 minutes with the lid off & stir it every 15 minutes. Get your food colouring ready & seperate bowl for each colour. Once the mixture has cooked for the 45 minutes separate into the bowls & add the food colouring to each. Then spoon the colours in bowl into a square baking tin lined with baking parchment.
Once all the mixture is in take a knife & move it through the mixture to swirl, but careful not to over swirl. Leave at room temp for 30 minutes. Then refrigerate for 4 hours.
A handy tip is to cut the fudge after 2 hours in the fridge as it is easier to cut at this point. you can use any colours you want. 🌈 … the slow cooker is just an easy way to melt the ingredients together. If you don’t have one then mix them gently on the hob but keep a much closer eye on it & stir it a lot more. 😘 xx
