Chocolate Orange Fudge

Slow Cooker Chocolate Orange Fudge

Not bad for a first attempt at chocolate orange fudge. Seen a few recipes on here and combined them…..

First the bottom layer (brown)

Ingredients:

300 gram Cadbury
100 gram Terry’s choc orange
1 tin condensed milk
100 gram butter
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Method:

Add all to slow cooker on low for half an hour stirring every few mins until melted and thick. Pour into baking tray with paper and leave to cool then put in fridge. While it chills, make the top layer.

Top layer (orange)=
400g white chocolate
1 tin condensed milk
100g butter
1 tablespoon orange essence

Add all to slow cooker on low for 30mins as above, stirring every few mins until melted and thick then once ready add 1 tablespoon orange food colouring.

Pour on top of chilled brown layer, leave to cool and then put in fridge overnight.

Chocolate Orange FudgeLast night I tried slow cooker fudge, this is baileys flavour, does anyone have any other tried and tested flavours?

Baileys fudge recipe…..

Ingredients:

700g of white choc
700g of milk choc
2 tins condensed milk (397g sized tins)
60mls of baileys

Directions:

Through it all in the slow cooker on high with the lid off for 40 mins, giving it a good stir every 10 mins, once it’s smooth and fully combined put in to a large lined baking tray and set in the fridge x
