Slow Cooked Deviled Sausages

🥘🥘🥘 Slow Cooked Deviled Sausages.🍽🍽
Hi lockdown Larry’s, time to get in the kitchen again with another easy one.
Grab a beer🍺 and put some headphones on to listen to some cooking jams (may I suggest Smashing Pumpkins, Boston, Toto and REO Speedwagon)

Ingredients (you could halve this if you want):
16 x Butcher Snags (supermarket ones are so bad, I have made a life decision never to eat them again.)
3 x Carrots (cut into half moons and peel one for yourself, when was the last time you had a carrot?)
3 x Red Onions (cut them anyway you like)
3 x Celery (cut them anyway you like)
Mushrooms (cut them anyway you like)
3 x Garlic Cloves (crushed)
1 x Red Capsicum (cut them anyway you like)
3 x Bacon Rashers (roughly chopped)
1 x Red Chilli (finely diced)
2 tbsp Wholegrain Mustard
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
3 tbsp Rice Flour (or Corn Flour)
3 tbsp Tomato Paste
2 tbsp BBQ Sauce (I like HP Sauce)
2 Cups of Stock (beef or chicken)
2 x Tins of Tomato (crushed or diced)
Good pinch of S&P
Option: a hint of Sriracha Hot Sauce

Method:
Brown off the bacon and snags.
Cut the snags up.
Throw everything in the slow cooker.
Set it to high and cook for 5hrs.
Serve with rice, mash or penne pasta.
Simple, easy, do it!
