All time favorite! slow cooker bbq pork ribs recipe 🙌 they’re falling off the bone every time, super tender and juicy!
Ingredients:
BBQ sauce – 2 cups
Brown sugar – 1/4 cup
Apple cider vinegar – 4 tablespoons
Dried oregano – 3 teaspoons
Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper – 1 teaspoon
Chili powder -1 teaspoon
Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
Onion powder – 1 teaspoon
Baby back pork ribs – 1.3kg or 2 big racks
Method:
Combine all ingredients except for ribs in a bowl. Salt and pepper ribs. Place ribs in slow cooker and cover with half of the sauce.
Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours.
Half way through turn ribs and put more sauce on top. Leave some sauce aside.
After time is over take ribs out of the slow cooker and place on a baking sheet that is lined with aluminum foil. Put rest of sauce over the ribs and broil in oven for 5 min.
The leftover sauce in the slow cooker is good for dipping the ribs in, but I also love to use it for stir fries or to mix it with stock to make a nice soup.
