Extremely Slow Cooker cheesy Mac and cheese
Ingredients:
200g cheddar cheese I used mild
100g Parmesan cheese
1tub Philadelphia
50g-100g of mozzarella I used 100g but that’s my preference.
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp paprika
450ml full fat milk
400g of pasta
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 block of melted butter unsalted
Directions:
Dump in all ingredients expect pasta and mozzarella in the slow cooker on low until blended completely
I pre boiled my pasta but not to fully cooked just half way.
Add in pasta and mix well leave on low for a further 45min
Add in the mozzarella and leave for another 30min on low.
Quick easy and delicious if you like cheese as much as we do 😊
Can top with bacon bits which is lovely also.
The mozzarella can be left out if you don’t want a stringy cheese and want more of a sauce. I’ve shown a pic with and without mozzarella 😊
