So my husband is a huge fan of chilli. But Iv got bored after making it week in week out for him. Looked in my fridge today for inspiration. Made this up as I was going along. Chilli cheese meatballs.

Ingredients:
4 beef burgers
4 large mushrooms
2 small onions
1 tin of chilli kidney beans
1 jar of chilli sauce
Hot pepper paste
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
Very hot chilli cheese

Directions:
Chop and place mushrooms and onions in s/c. Combine beans, sauce and paste together and add to s/c.
In a bowl combine burgers, egg and bread crumbs.
Cut cheese into bite size pieces.

Wrap burger mix around each piece of cheese.
Sear balls for colour, add to s/c.

Going to cook on low for 8hrs. Add serve with either rice, pasta, jacket potatoe or chips.

(It depends on what the husband wants.)
