I made Slow Cooker Cookie Monster fudge
Ingredients:
Cookie Monster fudge
400 gram white chocolate
340 gram condensed milk
Cookies/Oreos
Blue food colouring
Edible eyes
Method:
Put chocolate and condensed milk in the slow cooker on high for 45 mins, you want it to become thick, mix every 10/15 mins.
Then add blue colouring and cookies, mix well and pour into a tin , add more cookies and edible eyes to the top, leave to cool and then put in the fridge for 4/5 hours.
(I did see a post with some people using 500-600 gram of chocolate but I found it set ok with 400 gram).
