Kinder Bueno and Mini Eggs

I made fudge thought I’d give it a go!

I had some silicone ice cube trays in to pop the fudge in to set and then just put the toppings on top

just started with the basic fudge recipe of 500g milk chocolate (I did 400g milk and 100g white) but if you’re doing just white you have to do 600g and 1 tin of condensed milk, slow cooker on high with lid off to melt it,

stir it occasionally until melted, turn to low,

stir your fudge every 15 mins until it become smooth again each time still with the lid off, should be about 90 mins all together then you can transfer it into your mould and add your toppings keep in fridge overnight to set!

Chocolate fudge

Chocolate fudge and it looks like a success!! Haven’t actually tasted it yet, I’ll leave that to the hubby!
500g chocolate, can of condensed milk, butter and vanilla. Time consuming but looks worth it.

2 hours on low, but you have to stir every 15 minutes. (Photo of it in slow cooker was after the first hour)
Tagged my mum because she’s two hours away so not tasting my fudge.
