Slow Cooker Stuffed Cabbage Rolls Recipe…..

INGREDIENTS:
500 gram mince (any kind)
1 onion diced
1 carrot grated
1 egg
1/2 cup raw rice
8-10 large whole cabbage leaves
Large tin of tomato soup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Mixed herbs

INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix mince, onion, carrot, egg & rice together
Place cabbage leaves (intact) in pot of boiling water, to soften leaves to be able to fold.
Put abit of mince mixture on cabbage roll and fold cabbage leafs up like a parcel.
Put in slow cooker, cover with tomato soup (no water, just soup from tin), Worcestershire sauce & mixed herbs.
Cook on low for 8 hours.

Ingredients:
500 gram beef mince
500 gram pork mince
1 cabbage
1 onion-diced
2 teaspoons monce garlic
Salt and pepper
Mixed herbs
1 beef oxo cube
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 egg
1 cup cooked rice
2 tins of crushed tomatoes
1ltr chicken stock
3 bay leaves

Direction:
Cut out core of cabbage and put in pot of hot water on the stove to help separate cabbage leaves..

Fry onion and garlic

Combine both mince’s together and add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, curry, beef oxo, egg, rice.

Cut stems out of cabbage leaf to mke it easier to roll… fill leaf with a spoonful of meat mixture and roll…

Line slow cooker bowl with left over leaves..place cabbage rolls in and pour over tin tomatoes and chicken stock..place bay leaves in

Im cooking on high for 4 hours.
