White chocolate Crunchie fudge

Ingredients:

500g cheap white chocolate, broken into pieces
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 397g tin of sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 small Crunchie bars chopped up

Method:

Add all the ingredients to slow cooker EXCEPT the Crunchie bars.
Leave lid off and turn to high and cook until chocolate has melted stirring every 15 minutes. Turn to low and cook for a further 1-2 hours stirring every 15 minutes. A crust will start forming in that time, after the 3rd time of it doing this the fudge is ready.
Leave to cool for 5 -10 minutes and add the Crunchie bars bits and mix slightly. Pour into a lined baking tray and place in the fridge to set for about 4 hours.
