Slow Cooker Zucchini Slice

Ingredients:

6 eggs (beaten)
1 cup self raising flour
6 short cut bacon rashers (sliced & cubed)
3 medium sized zucchinis (grated, water squeezed out)
2 medium sized carrots (grated, water squeezed out)
1 onion (diced)
1-2 cups grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Line slow cooker with baking paper (bottom and sides), spray oil on the baking paper. Combine all ingredients and add to slow cooker. Cook on high for 2.5 – 3.0 hours.

I used baking paper to line the bottom and sides. Beat the eggs and stir in flour first, before adding all other ingredients. Use a very large bowl to combine ingredients. Place a towel under the lid while cooking.

Zucchini and sweet potato slice in the slow cooker. Looking good so far, another hour should do.it, just in time for dinner.

Ingredients:

750 gram zucchini, grated
2 onions, finely chopped
900 gram sweet potato, grated
10 eggs
2 cups self raising flour
Salt, pepper and garlic powder
2 cups tasty cheese
1/2 cup sunflower oil

Directions:
Mix it all together, cook in slow cooker lined with baking paper on high for about 4 hours, with tea towel under the lid to absorb excess condensation…

Slow Cooker Zucchini slice

Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 cup of self raising flour
2 zucchinis grated
10 slices of ham
1 onion
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together
Line slow cooker with baking paper
Place mixture into cooker on high for 3 hours with tea towel under lid!
